By downloading, installing, activating, or using Stryq software (“Software”), you agree to the terms of service outlined in this End-User License Agreement (EULA) and user agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Subject to payment (if applicable) and valid activation, Stryqbyte grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single machine identified during activation, for your internal business purposes only, in accordance with the EULA and our terms of service, which collectively form the user agreement.
Each installation requires a valid seat token and machine-bound activation tied to a hardware fingerprint, as outlined in the EULA. Cloned virtual machines, restored images, or materially changed hardware may necessitate a new activation in accordance with the terms of service. You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with license enforcement as specified in the user agreement. License validation is performed on the device; routine file transfers do not require sending file payloads to Stryqbyte.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by applicable law as outlined in the EULA. Additionally, you may not redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software in accordance with the terms of service. It is also prohibited to use the Software to transfer data in violation of export control, classification, organizational policy, or applicable law as specified in the user agreement.
Control mapping, audit logging, and related materials describe technical capabilities only. They do not certify your organization for CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or any other framework. Certification applies to your organization, not to the Software. As outlined in our EULA and terms of service, you remain responsible for system security plans, policies, assessor relationships, and lawful use of controlled information as stipulated in the user agreement.
Support terms and update entitlements are defined in your order, quote, or enterprise agreement, as outlined in the terms of service and user agreement. Stryqbyte may release updates that modify features, security behavior, or compatibility, and these updates may be required for continued support.
The Software is provided under the EULA and terms of service on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Stryqbyte disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, specific transfer speeds, compatibility with every system or network, or that the Software will meet your requirements as outlined in the user agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stryqbyte and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Software or this EULA (End User License Agreement), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, under the terms of service outlined in this user agreement, Stryqbyte’s total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or related to the Software or this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) if no fee was paid.
